We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your rug for any reason, you may return it within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that this return policy only applies to readymade rugs and not custom orders.

If you choose to return the rug, it must be shipped back to the Company at your expense, and you will be responsible for payment of two-way shipping fees, insurance charges and any additional duties payable on international returns.

Please ensure that the rug is returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note that you may not return a rug after the lapse of the seven day period. If you wish to return a rug, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

This is the very first rug I bought here in Morocco, I had very little Arabic at the time and I did not understand numbers very well and ended up paying three times more than the asking price, and we still laugh about this rug, but this started me buying Moroccan rugs and am proud to share this rug with you.
