Can you weave my own design or a color that isn't shown?

Yes. Email info@illuminatecollectiverugs.com with your design, size and colors, and we will send you a quote. You can pay in full when you order, or 50% when you order and 50% when the rug is finished, before it ships.

Can I return a custom rug?

No. Custom and made-to-order rugs are woven for you and are final sale. If you are unsure about a size or color, email us before you order and we will help you choose.
