The quality of the rug wasn’t up to what I expected from the photographs. Also, I didn’t read the fine print on the return - something that’s important when you’re ordering a rug online - and didn’t realize I would have to pay for shipping in both directions to Morocco (!) if I wanted to return the rug. I thought Illuminate was in the US…. I haven’t started a return because I think I’ll wind up paying almost what it’s cost to buy the rug. I’m pretty disappointed in Illuminate.
I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from a website that was new to me. Took a chance and ordered a rug that I fell in love with. It arrived about two weeks later and I was sooo happy!! The rug truly exceeded my expectations in terms of colour, quality and overall look. It may just be the best item I have purchased for our new home in a long time!

It’s a lovely rug. Thick, soft, good quality really makes the room feel peaceful. The purple is a bit more saturated than the image, but it’s still beautiful. Love to lay on it.

Don't hesitate purchasing from this company. I bought two rugs at two different times and both times I had some questions for the seller. Justin responded to me very quickly and professionally on both occasions, and offered to send videos both times, which he followed up on the very next day. I ordered Life of the Party for a client. My client was alarmed because it was folded up so tight. I assured her it would release and look incredible within hours. It DID and she is thrilled. And her twin 9 year olds spent a lot of time rolling around on it because it is SO SOFT and luxurious. Stunning!
