Absolutely! If you can dream it, we can (more than likely) weave it! Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your ideas! We look forward to collaborating with you to create your perfect rug.

We offer free shipping on all of our products!

Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, but we take a couple days to process your order and prepare the rug(s) for shipment. The time to ship your order from payment to its arrival on your doorstep should be no longer than 8 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for all taxes and import duties incurred on the rug(s) when they arrive in your country of residence.

Yes. You may return your rug at anytime within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund if you choose to do so. Should you choose to return the rug customers are responsible for payment of shipping fees, insurance charges, and any additional duties payable on international returns.Yes, we do! Yes, all of our rugs are washed before shipment.
